Dmitry Belokurov

Professional Ukrainian metallurgist, the third generation of steelmakers in his family. PhD (Physical Metallurgy). 
He was working as a scientist at the Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute, then as a deputy General Director and the General Director-Chairman of the Board of the largest Ukrainian tube-rolling plant. 
In 2004-2005 he was working as a Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine. Now he is a vice-president of the Association of Ukrainian steelmaking enterprises UKRMETALURGPROM.
Uniforms and rank insignias are his hobby for more than 20 years. 
Main scopes of interests – American Civil War, Russian Civil War, Ukrainian People’s Republic, modern Ukrainian Armed Forces and fictional rank insignias.
